Containing classic fairy tales reimagined through the lens of science-fiction, Wish Upon A Star is the latest anthology from award-winning publishers Limit Break Comics. Launched at Dublin Comic Con in March 2025, the 88-page book contains 22 four-page stories and I'm pleased to announce my art makes up one of them. Teaming up with award-winning freelance writer Joonatan Itkonen from Helsinki, Finland, we created a futuristic retelling of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's 1797 poem The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Titled CLEAN, is a tale I'm certain readers will enjoy.
CLEAN sits alongside the work of other creators from all over the world including Eisner-nominated colourist Diana Sousa, Megan Huang (Star Wars, Rick and Morty), video game writer James Nadiger (Batman: Arkham, Far Cry), Johanna Taylor (The Ghostkeeper), David Baillie (2000AD), and Eisner- and Ringo-nominated artist Michiums. Originally funded via a crowdfunding campaign, I expect the book will soon be available from the Limit Break website, any comics conventions Limit Break attend, and all good independent comic book stores. Keep an eye on the Limit Break Comics website for future announcements.
